Online time sheet system: e-Attendance

The primary objective of e-Attendance program is to enter time data of employees working outside of the centre and can be accessed from anywhere. Of course, the program is also very useful in case of employees working in the same place, because it makes the administration simplier.

Advances of the online time sheet system

Say goodbye the paper-based time sheets! Due to the e-Attendance you can finally forget about the paper-based time sheets and the problems involved in it. The program is available from any part of the world, so it is possible to save time and effort with avoiding collecting paper-based time-sheets and entering their data. It is a common surface, but employees have unique identifiers and they can record their attendances and the claims of leave, which can be considered by the assigned manager.

The program provides that data in e-Attendance can be transmit to the BaBér payroll software, so we can save a lot of time and avoid errors by leaving duplicate data entering. Data transfer is not just one-way: it is possible to export the employees’ data, the company’s dictionary settings, and the chief account numbers from the BaBér payroll software to the e-Attendance.


  • Attendance Register module: It is possible to record the employee's working time data and leaves on the interface of the attendance recording calendar. This interface gives you the opportunity to break down time data to cost centers / work numbers (projects / tasks), and to record and approve standby, overtime.

  • Holiday Planner module: In the Holiday Planner module, the employee can plan his own holiday and claim holiday. The manager of the employee may order leave, allow or dismiss the employee's leave. The manager will receive e-mail notification about the holiday request. The employee will also receive notification of its approval, refusal or order to his e-mail address. 

  • Work Schedule Planner module: In the Work Schedule Planner module, you can create employee groups for which you can assign a working time schedule. The system monitors the bank of hours and all the rules that you want to monitor by the system.

  • Digital Pay Slip module: Pay slips created by the BaBér payroll system are uploaded in PDF format to the web interface where employees can access their own.
