The basic wage software contains every function from taking on an
employee, wage accounting and providing data to an employee’s leaving.
Besides the 4 basic modules there are some special modules as well,
which include such services that most of the customers do not need, so
the basic system does not contain them.
Of course, we are available to meet our customers’ special demands, too.
- The wage software can be used on a single computer and on
a network, too. Some of our customers use the program in a way that the
computers are not in the same country.
- BaBér can handle
employees concerning more sites and more organizational units.
Moreover, it is also possible to evolve own groups of employees. Every
function of the program - from wage accounting to listing - can be used
according to these groupings.
- The program contains
chronological analytics of most data, so the changes in connection with
employees can be examined concerning more than one years.
- The
software can be parameterized according to each user’s needs, yet
nobody has to worry about settings, as the program is installed with a
default setting that enables users to work on the basis of laws
immediately.
- The wage software is modular, every module
can be used independently of the others. However, the modules use the
same database, so it is enough to record a datum only once and it will
be available in the future.
- Both stripped and compounded tax calculating procedures can be used.
- It is possible to forbid unathorized accesses (divisioned as company, menu, function)
- There
are more than one possibilities to backup and load back empoyees’ data.
It is also possible to set automatic backup (on daily, weekly and
monthly basis).
- BaBér has an ’automatic update’ function,
which means that the program informs the user if there is a new version
of the program on our company’s website.
- Using the
program is the same as using any other Windows based applications, yet
there is a possibility to handle the wage software with a keyboard, too.
- The
program can make lists not only in traditional list format, but in
other kinds of file formats as well (Excel, Word, pdf, txt, rich text,
picture file, etc.). Listing can be made to matrix printers, too.
The wages module, with the help of each employee’s
hundreds of registerable data, can register data completely, but it
also gives a wide range of possibilities concerning applicable legal
titles, listings and types of wages, incomes and taxes.
The module is suitable for the accountancy of basic wages and any kinds
of regular and non-regular bonuses, no matter what occupational legal
title an employee has. The basic wage can be expressed in any currency
and it is also possible to express it in euro within the wage program
continuously. Each wage element and deduction can be set and added to
freely.
